OverviewPurpose of the Session
The first work session is designed to align the Customer’s internal sustainability team with the Klappir onboarding team. This alignment is essential to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of the Klappir Sustainability Platform and to set the foundation for long-term success.
This session focuses on building a shared understanding of the project goals, onboarding process, and platform configuration strategy. It ensures that everyone involved, on both sides, has a clear view of roles, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.

- CFO: Aligns data and reporting with ESG/VSME/ESRS requirements.
- Procurement Officer: Coordinates supplier engagement and Scope 3 readiness.
- Data Leader: Defines the data model, methods of data entry, and system structure.
Platform overview: Demonstrate how Klappir’s Platform is configured to reflect organizational structure, emissions boundaries, and asset mapping. Inventory Management Plan (IMP): Introduce the IMP and discuss the work to prepare system configuration.
