OnboardingWork session III
Onboarding Purpose of the Session
Work Session 3 marks the shift from planning and setup to activation and early engagement. This session is dedicated to user enablement, initial data uploads, and preparing the system for ecosystem integration with suppliers and internal systems. The goal is to turn design into action, and ensure the sustainability team feels confident using the Klappir Platform.
This session empowers the customer’s team to begin working hands-on on the platform. It introduces practical workflows for data import, tagging, and user tasks, and ensures the team can perform core functions independently.
Key Objectives
User onboarding and access configuration:
- Create and assign platform roles and permissions
- Ensure each role aligns with the data responsibilities defined in Work Session 2
First data upload:
- Customer perform a test import of sample data
- Review audit trail, tagging accuracy, and data structure
Set up for supplier integration:
- Prepare the process for onboarding key suppliers into the ecosystem
- Review how supplier data will be collected and validated.
Team Focus
- Sustainability Leader:Oversees that the right stakeholders are involved and workflows are operationally feasible.
- CFO: Ensures system access is set up for finance and audit users; reviews test data in financial alignment.
- Procurement Officer: Finalizes initial supplier list and understands steps for inviting and supporting them on the platform.
- Data Leader: Executes first data upload; verifies data model structure, consistency, and tagging.
Klappir’s Role
Klappir’s Sustainability Platform Specialist leads:
- A step-by-step walkthrough of user management, system roles, and permissions
- A live data import session (activity and/or pre-calculated data)
- A demonstration of tagging, traceability, and the audit trail
- An introduction to the Value Chain setup and supplier invitation process
Expected Outcomes
By the end of Work Session III:
- Key internal users are onboarded and able to navigate the platform independently
- Initial data sets are imported, tagged, and validated within the system
- Data recording responsibilities are distributed across relevant users
- The customer team is ready to begin onboarding material suppliers into the Klappir Ecosystem
This session transitions the team from passive learners to active users, enabling them to take ownership of their data, workflows, and value chain integration.
