New release: Reorganised data tools under a single section

This release updates the navigation structure. The Data section now consolidates all data management tools in one place, replacing a layout where features were spread across menu items.

What has changed

The "Data" section previously offered an overview and access to import history. It now includes five dedicated areas: Import, Import History, Asset Rules, Supplier Rules, and Data Coverage. At the same time, the standalone Import item that previously appeared at the top level of the navigation has been removed, as its functionality is now covered within the Data section.

The "Organisation" menu previously included a "Map data" item. This has been replaced by "Asset Rules" and "Supplier Rules", both of which now sit inside Data alongside the rest of the platform's data tooling.

Why this matters

The consolidation reflects how data actually works in the platform. Import, resolution, and coverage are part of the same workflow. Bringing them together into a single section reduces the number of navigation steps between tasks and clarifies the relationship between features, particularly for users managing multiple data sources or working across a value chain.

Asset Rules and Supplier Rules, which define how incoming asset and supplier labels are resolved against the Ecosystem, are now easier to locate and act on directly after import.

Available now

The updated navigation is live for all Klappir customers across Core, Growth, and Impact tiers as of 22 April 2026. All five areas within Data are accessible to all customers; available import types within Import vary by tier.
