Klappir’s onboarding process is the critical first step in helping organizations turn sustainability ambitions into operational results. With a structured and supportive onboarding journey, Klappir ensures that every customer, whether a small enterprise or a multinational group, starts strong with the right tools, guidance, and data architecture in place. The onboarding is built on work sessions, each with its specific goals and time of 2 hours.
Work Session I
The first work session is designed to align the Customer’s internal sustainability team with the Klappir onboarding team. This alignment is essential to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of the Klappir Sustainability Platform and to set the foundation for long-term success.
Work Session II
Following the foundational alignment in Work Session 1, Work Session 2 focuses on establishing the operational boundaries and data recording architecture required for reliable sustainability and operational data management. The core purpose is to deepen collaboration between the customer’s sustainability team and Klappir’s onboarding team, translating strategic goals into a practical and traceable system structure.
Work Session III
Work Session 3 marks the shift from planning and setup to activation and early engagement. This session is dedicated to user enablement, initial data uploads, and preparing the system for ecosystem integration with suppliers and internal systems. The goal is to turn design into action, and ensure the sustainability team feels confident using the Klappir Platform.
Work Session IV
Work Session 4 marks a key milestone in the onboarding journey: the customer takes full ownership of Platform operations. With organisation setup, data activation, and user training completed, this session is designed to allow the sustainability team to independently engage their value chain, onboard suppliers, and activate Scope 3 workflows, with Klappir in a supportive, on-demand role.
