The data is already there. Can you access it?
The data your sustainability team needs is already in your organisation. It sits in procurement systems, supplier invoices, and financial reports. The recording is available.

Session 1 - Date: 21 May 2026, 09:00 GMT - Duration: 30 minutes
Most sustainability teams spend the first months of their data journey looking at a system they already have, the ERP, and waiting for it to give them what they need. It rarely does. Not because the data is missing, but because the data was built for other purposes.
In this session, Kirstine Hartung Larsen drew on her experience leading sustainability reporting across a Nordic group of more than 11,000 employees. She covered what the ERP assumption costs in time, why procurement turned out to be the real starting point, and why the hardest part of this work is alignment, not technology.
Höskuldur Arason, who integrates ERP and Business Central systems for Klappir's customers, explained the structural difference between the finance side of a system and the procurement side, and what to ask your CFO before investing in any technical integration. He closed with the principle that applies at every stage: getting access to data and having data that is fit for purpose are two different problems.
Speakers:
Höskuldur Arason, Co-founder, Insolica / DataDrive
Höskuldur works on the structural side of a problem most organisations already feel: how to get the financial data they run on to also answer operational and sustainability questions. He shares real project examples of what that connection looks like in practice.
Kirstine Hartung Larsen, Executive Advisor, K² Nordic
Kirstine has built and led sustainability functions inside large Nordic organisations. She brings the governance and strategy lens: how existing business and operational data can be used to create a stronger decision-making basis.
Hosted by Isabelle Broddén, Head of Sales, Klappir.
Finance Meets Sustainability is a three-part webinar series for sustainability and finance professionals who work with operational data. Each session tackles one step of the same journey: finding the data, reading what it tells you, and translating it into a decision finance will fund. Sessions are 30 minutes. Recordings are published the day after each session.
One registration covers all three sessions.
